CHS VOLLEYBALL CONCESSIONS 2009

Below is a link to the concession stand schedule for the 2009 season. Every family will have at least two (2) dates that they will be responsible for working in the concession stand. There may be additional tournaments added to the current schedule.

The schedule is blocked out for Shift 1 and Shift 2. Shift 1 (shaded in green) is the opening from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Shift 2 (shaded in pink) is from 6:30 to close. This schedule was designed to allow you to watch your daughter play. The normal game schedules are as follows:

* Tuesday: 5:30 - JV/9B 6:30: Varsity/9A

* Friday: 5:30 - Varsity/9A 6:30: JV/9B

You will need to be in the concession stand at least 10 minutes before your start time and plan on staying an extra 10 minutes after you’re ending time in case a game goes over the time limit. If you are late because of a game time delay make every effort to start work as soon as your game is over.

If you need to change your scheduled time it will be YOUR responsibility to change coverage with another parent. I am also attaching a contact sheet to make this easier for you to work with the other parents. If an emergency arises please contact me as soon as possible.

Due to the City of Frisco and FISD regulations you must wash your hands thoroughly before you start work and if you handle food. Then you must wash them every 15 minutes. Also each person working directly with hot food must wear a cap or hair net when working in the stand.

It is possible that both the City of Frisco and FISD will conduct spot inspections of the concession stand. Failure to meet the inspection standards will cause the stand to be closed immediately with a report going to FISD admin and the principal. The consession stand is the single largest income source for the booster club and we cannot afford to lose this function.
