<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Summary of WordPress User Roles:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Administrator &#8211; Somebody who has access to all the administration features. This is reserved for a select few since it has so much power.</li>
<li>Editor &#8211; Somebody who can publish posts, manage posts as well as manage other people&#8217;s posts, etc. Normally this is a fairly computer literate member of the booster club or perhaps even the head coach.</li>
<li>Author &#8211; Somebody who can publish and manage their own posts.  Normally this will include the booster club Webmaster, President, and the Head Coach.</li>
<li>Contributor &#8211; Somebody who can write and manage their posts but not publish posts.  This is used by other booster club officers. It will require someone with &#8220;Editor&#8221; authority to actually publish the post.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The software package running our website is called WordPress and it requires a userid/password in order to submit posts. If you have the need to post calendar events or bulletins please contact our webmaster for a userid.</p>
<p>Posts appear on the front page and also in RSS Feeds. Here are some simple instructions on submitting a simple post:</p>
<ol>
<li>Click Posts under Meta on the user site or in the left menu bar if you are already on the admin screen.</li>
<li>Click the Add New link under Posts in the left menu.</li>
<li>Enter a title into the top box</li>
<li>Using the editor, enter your message</li>
<li>Use the Preview button to check your message (it will open in a new window)</li>
<li>Use the big blue Publish (or Update) button to submit your message</li>
</ol>
<p>That’s all there is to it.  If you made an error, you can always go back into the system and edit or even delete the prior entry.</p>

<p>Calendar events will appear in the right hand panel of our web site. Here are some simple instructions on submitting events:</p>

<li>Enter a short description</li>
<li>Select the appropriate category</li>
